Work products created during an engagement belong to the client as set out in the signed agreement. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain our property unless expressly assigned in writing. This website's content, branding and code are owned by Neurapses.

Website content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Project-specific warranties and liability caps are defined in each engagement contract.
